Tacochela Fresh Taqueria has been serving Ogden Ave for over seven years — street food made from scratch, a kitchen that treats catering like a craft, and a dining room full of neighbors.
What we're about
We cook the way a taqueria should: proteins braised and grilled in-house, salsas made fresh, tortillas warmed to order. Our lamb birria — slow-cooked barbacoa with consomé for dipping — put us on the map, and our Party Boxes made us the office-lunch call for half of Downers Grove.
We're owner-operated and community-first: school events, local teams and neighborhood sponsorships are part of the business, not an afterthought.
